It's a little sudsy, but it works really well. I also like Mrs. Meyers all purpose cleaner. </p> <p>For laundry detergent we're currently using the powder from Mrs. Jones' Soapbox. I bought all the stuff to make my own, but I never got around to it. I picked up a refill of Mrs. Jones', and I love it so far.</p> <p>For the dishwasher I like Ecover tablets or Method tablets. I made my own dishwashing powder once, but it didn't work well in our washer, and DH was too impatient to let me perfect it. We ordered the soap nuts online and they are very cost effective! When that isn't available I use the store brand. I buy them at my grocery store and they work great.
