I know this is too late for giving you ideas for last night, but one of our favorite dishes to make with ground turkey or chicken is to make Thai Kaprow chicken (also have seen it called Drunken Chicken).

Here's a recipe, though there are lots out there:
http://gimmesomeoven.com/thai-basil-chicken-gai-pad-krapow/

We add green beans to ours (frozen are fine to use), if you cook a fair amount of Asian food, you probably already have everything you need in your pantry. If you can't find Thai basil (which we never can), its ok to use regular fresh basil.

Just serve over rice!

@MsMini: I made that like two weeks ago, did you get the recipe from Crockpot365?

@Rosie Girl: I sooo wanted sloppy joes, but DH wasn't feeling it.

@autumnlove: Mmm now I want a bean burrito, they are so good!

I ended up making baked ziti from SkinnyTaste. I added in the meat, a little onion, and some extra veggies I had lying around. It wasn't too bad, but now I'm hungry for sloppy joes and Taco Bell, haha!

We went out to dinner with my in laws. Not like I would have cooked anyway, we have no food in the house and going out of town so I don't want to get any.

Shepherds pie!

I didn't make it to the store today. Too exhausted. So, I'll pull some chicken breasts and saute them with some olive oil and garlic plus S&P. I'll mash some sweet potatoes and throw together a salad. Whew, I'm exhausted from cooking already and I haven't even started :)

Meatloaf is what I'd make if I had ground beef/turkey!
