I feel like that's a pretty good amount considering I didn't have to do it too long each time once I start let down. I think I'm "fast flow" for a few minutes! Makes me feel bad when I "waste" the milk now letting down in a towel sometimes! I wonder how much I could "collect" everyday if I tried! It's way easier to not have to wash pump parts!</p> <p>How much can you hand express in a session or day? </p>
