Everything has to be fresh cooked--exceptions are made though if I melt butter in with reheating. I think it's only good for a month in the freezer, and they only eat tiny amounts at first. I just made it as we went for the first couple weeks (banana, avocado, sweet potato, etc) in small amounts. After maybe two weeks I mad some bigger batches for the freezer. Somewhere in the comments they say it's essentially the same thing as Charlie's Soap and the basic components of RockinGreen (which we used at first but didn't work with our hard water in the end). Only because I use Ivory bar soap when I shower, and that's just what I had on hand. Plus I love the scent of it, kind of a fresh scent! </p>
