I think I was like 9 years old when I found that out, and spent a couple years boiling over pots of milk onto my parents' stove (I don't know why I didn't just microwave it). I do try to cut the calories a bit if I'm drinking it more than a special occasion thing, so like if I have a mug at work I'll use mostly water with a splash of milk. I just did the math, and it's about 66%water by volume (and then whole milk bringing up the rear-- and if you want really thick and decadent you can replace some of the whole milk with some heavy cream). I do like at least a little bit of milk. And fun marshmallows are never a bad idea. I have a recipe for chocolate marshmallows.
