Thanks everyone for your input! Working on building my stash now. I seem to only get between 2-2.5 oz when I pump so the idea of being able to give 15 oz or so a day while I am at work is a little daunting right now. Hopefully I will be able to pump more when I am not nursing him during the day : /

She started back at daycare at 12 weeks and our time was very similar to @BabyBoecksMom:

3-6 months - 3-4 three ounce bottles (between 12-16 ounces total) and nursed 4-5 times
6-9 months - 3 four ounce bottles (12 ounces)
9-12 months - 2 five ounce bottles

Liv was EBF and I went back after 12 weeks. She was taking 3 7oz bottles consistently at first (from about 8am to 4pm) then went down to 2 when she started solids at 6.5 months. It vety gradually declined from there. She took those 2 until about 10 to 11 months when she weaned herself from bottles. We still nurse morning and night and at nap times now at 13 months

DD was 12 weeks when she started daycare and I sent her with 4 3oz bottles each day. (She didn't always take the 4 bottle) She quickly started to need 3.5 oz in each bottle and then 4oz... And she's been holding steady st 4 4oz bottles plus purees (she's now 7.5 months).

I returned to work when she was 6 weeks. She takes different amount depending on time of day. Usually first bottle of the day she takes 4oz then the rest usually 3oz. They feed her every 3 hours at daycare.

I returned to work when my son was 12 weeks old and he was drinking 5oz every 3 hours. I remember talking to my pediatrician about it and they told me how many ounces he was supposed to be getting in a day and I tried to divide that by how many feelings he usually got in a whole day to start out. I also usually pumped around 5 oz so I figured that it made sense to start there. I was really nervous about the transition back to work so I understand how you are feeling. I hope it goes well!

I returned to work when DD was 8w old and froze milk in 2oz servings. If I remember correctly (it's been just about 2 1/2 years) I started sending DD to daycare with 3oz bottles and then just monitored how much she was eating and adjusted the bottle amounts based on that. I don't recall every sending bottles with more than 5oz and that was when she was close to a year and not taking bottles as often.

I am starting to think about returning to work in 4 short weeks and want to continue to BF at night and will pump during the day. LO will be 8 weeks old and is currently EBF on demand and I supplement with 0.5-0.75 oz of pumped milk because he had difficulty gaining weight (had a tongue tie). Starting out how much do you give and how often? I am currently pumping and saving it in 2 oz servings but I am wondering if I should be saving in larger portions? You ladies who have been there how did it go? We just have this BF thing down and I am a little nervous about the transition!
