Salmonella will get you sick, which stinks, but it's less likely to hurt the baby, whereas listeria definitely causes miscarriages and stillbirths. I'm definitely going to indulge after reading your comments. I did call a couple of nearby places and they just seemed clueless.. "yah, I think we use raw eggs"... Ugh. Whatever, seems pretty low risk. To be safe for tonight, I just went out to grab a pint of ben and jerry's. Got home and immediately started to feel queasy and exhausted and bloated and had to put it in the freezer. Ha! Oh well, maybe it will be tomorrow's breakfast. </p>
