I'm not sure that the two hair cuts pictured are all that different in how they are actually cut - it is more the styling that makes the difference, whether you style for smooth or messy look. Either one would be cute on you!</p> <p>As for the color, I have been secretly coveting the mermaid pastel hair. I have dark hair so I can't do it but I have had dark purple and dark blue highlights. I loved them but they are quite a bit of upkeep and kind of stainy (neck, clothes).
