I read to take it about a week before you ovulate. Since we had an early High reading on our monitor this week we weren't prepared to get this started in time. When I do start taking it, I presume I'll take just 1-2 doses per day. A lot of the research I did showed positive results for regulating your cycle and especially for jump starting your cycle after coming off of depo provera (my reason for using it). We're not going to be TTC until spring, but I want to make sure all of the depo gets out of my system far in advance, and my cycle starts back up again so I can get a feel for how regular it will be. I haven't had to deal with AF for years, which was great, but now I'm looking forward to getting the hormones out of my system so my body can do what it was meant to do!</p> <p>ETA: I'd be interested in hearing if the CM works for you. All were 'prescribed' by my Creighton teacher. She also has my husband on Fertile aid for Men. I think the F CM definitley helped this month! But I'm wondering if anyone else tried these vitamins/supplements and if they worked for you? I.e. do you think they helped you get a BFP? </p>
