I've been doing the Vicks on the feet in addition to the humidifier and NoseFrieda. Also, I would vicks your LO's feet and put socks on when he sleeps. DS is 7 months and the doc said the cough is from nasal congestion dripping down his throat. Sucks when you can't do much!<br /> I just saw some Zarbees at target for babies but didn't buy it. It said safe for babies.
