Currently I'm five days "late" per my BC cycle schedule, but this is "normal" when I'm off bc. I usually have at least 30-45 day cycles. </p> <p>After my next period, I'm going to start temping and using OPK strips to get a better handle on my ovulation days. My cycles range anywhere from 40 days to 180 days. I am now 2 months pregnant. What helped me was reading the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, charting for a few cycles just to get to know my body, meeting with a fertility specialist to discuss my options and really listening and being aware of my ovulation related cramps. In the end, I did not move forward with any medical procedures/options because I stubbornly wanted to try on my own first. It really felt like a crapshoot sometimes. Sometimes I wouldn't get one for over 100 days, then 60, then 45, then 60 again--it's really frustrating. They finally regulated themselves to somewhere between 42 and 45 days for a few months when we conceived last Summer (currently 21 weeks PG). It is definitely possible, you just get fewer tries which can be frustrating. Definitely chart, that's what finally helped us. I got a bfp on day 57 of my cycle. It was really frustrating. Plus I felt like I wasn't getting enough fair chances to get pregnant lol. My ob though did tell me that there were some meds I could take to make my cycles regular.
