@ChasingARainbow: Honestly, I think you should probably make an appointment with your ob/gyn. I'm sure there are a ton of things it could be. At least they might to run some tests and figure out what's going on, which is a step in the right direction.

@ChasingARainbow: I went to the OB/GYN. She ran bloodwork a couple times and did an ultrasound for the diagnosis. Everyone is different and there are different hormone profiles for PCOS. I'm not really an expert, but it's not something that can really be cured from what I understand. Anyway, the plan for me was new diet, more exercise, and metformin prescription to start. If that doesn't start getting me to ovulate normally, we'll move on to an ovulation inducing prescription and to a reproductive endocrinologist in Jan/Feb. I know there a ton of other HBers on here that have the same thing and all have different approaches.

@ChasingARainbow: Did you confirm ovulation with bbt? When that happened to me it ended up being PCOS. I had light spotting (doc thought it was an annovulatory cycle) and then nothing. Next cycle I had cramps on an off every few weeks with the bubble thing. Drove me nuts. My lower back also hurt like crazy. Basically, doctor said I kept gearing up to ovulate and it kept failing. I just kept making cysts. It's pretty annoying.

Honestly, the only way to know if you are pregnant is to take a test. I personally don't believe in symptom spotting because AF symptoms and pregnancy symptoms are very similar. Good luck!

HELLO MAMA BEES! Ok. So I'm back to ttc since my last post after losing my dad to cancer. I took a little break to get myself together. So two cycles ago I had a 41 day cycle and I started taking vitex. So I been on vitex now for 2 months. I got my opks and preseed ( would have been my first time using both) to get ttc started, but on cd 34 which was September 2nd I started spotting. I only spotted once that whole day and once the next day and it never started again. I thought AF was going to start and that maybe the vitex was working to regulate my cycle, but it was just very light spotting. Anyway, I tested on cd 40 and it was a bfn. I'm not sure if it was af or not. I've never had a cycle like that. Oh, that whole week I had on and off cramps and occasionally felt like bubbles in my stomach. Does anyone know what could be going on? I don't think I'm having symptoms. There's been many, MANY times I thought I was having pregnancy symptoms and then af would show her horrible face. The only thing I can say I've felt was a little dizzy from time to time and my appetite has increased. Sorry for rambling. Any thoughts?
