Have you tried macaroni noodles with just a little bit of sauce? Or I know some people do noodles with butter, Smart Balance makes a dairy free, lactose free butter - it's the one made with olive oil and it's the Light version. We get that in our house for our issues.

Will your LO eat potatoes? Mashed up baked potatoes, fries, sweet potato fries, etc? Have you tried chicken nuggets that are homemade or that don't have dairy in the breading?

My LO is lactose intolerant AND a picky eater. She's been barely eating any solids and she's now 20 months. She will only eat one to two spoonfuls of any solids at a time most of the time and I'm worried she's not getting the nutrition she needs. Her diet is mostly consisted of Lactaid milk and the occasional solids. She won't eat vegetables and barely eats any fruits. She loves carbs but even that she won't eat too much of. =(

No mac-n-cheese, no grilled cheese, no pizza, no yogurt, etc.

What do you feed your lactose intolerant LO?
