Sleep is terrible and he is a drool machine so maybe that's it. Maybe it will get better once the new teeth come in.</p> <p>@truth bombs Ive had thrush and that hurt in a similar but different way. Good suggestion. There's not much that you can do other than pulling them off and relatching. We'd go through phases where it would hurt on the left side a lot and then it would be fine. We keep going through phases of me feeling his teeth while we nurse. He's not biting. His latch is toothy, if that makes sense. It's often one side and not the other, but switches. The things I did when he was little don't really work for a bigger baby. Suggestions for improving a latch on an older baby who has always fed well?</p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Ouch... </p>
