@mrsjd: That was so sweet, thank you! It's so crazy when you start ttc, you think you know so much. I'd never known about anovulatory cycles, it's such a frustrating thing...if this is what it is! I'm just ready for answers one way or another. Thank you for your words of encouragement!

I've had this happen a few times due to annovulatory cycles coming off the pill or from stress. It's so hard not to go absolutely crazy pants during it. I'll say that my doctor has always said that if you're getting negatives that late in a cycle, you're not pregnant - despite that, I've read a lot of stories about people who were pregnant! So, you are right to demand a blood test. If it's negative and you haven't started your period, I'd get a prescription for progesterone to start your period. Thinking of you and wishing you answers!

@Greentea: I haven't, but that's good to know. I'll definitely ask then to check my thyroid levels while I'm at the doctors. Thank you for responding, that is a good idea!

Have your thyroid checked. These were my symptoms when I was hypothyroid.

Thank you guys!! We are ttc, it is pure torture but I have to be level headed right now for my sake but for my husband's too. I can't let him get his hopes up...I will be truly heartbroken when my period starts.

I have had that happen several times. Every time, my period started around day 90. It just took a long time for me to ovulate.

It could be! I've read online that some women start again right at day 60 so I'm being as patient as possible in case that is the case.

Hi bees, I need your help! My cycle has never been more than 31 days. I literally know to the hour when my period will start. Well that all went out the window this time! It has now been 48 days since my last period, I'm almost 3 weeks late!! I have had 6 negative pregnancy tests (I'm amazed I haven't taken more!!) . I had an appt with my ob/gyn in 2 weeks and got a phone call that they had to reschedule and it'd either be next year with her or next week with her NP, so I chose that route. Im definite going to ask for a blook test if i havent started my period. I'm hoping I either find out I'm pregnant by then with a positive hpt or start my period so we can start trying again! I'm going crazy lol!

The only symptoms I'm having are exhaustion, on and off cramping and I'm moody, but those could all be either pregnant and period. Oh I've also had a lot of clear, odorless discharge on and off.

Has anyone else been through this?! How did it end up for you?! Thank you all for your help, I'm going crazy over here, I feel bad for my husband!!

I think although it was regular for the past few months, it can still take a while to adjust fully back to normal.

Hi all! Quick guestion...anyone experience AF going missing after it had returned while still BFing and were not pregnant? I'm currently 3 days late and had a BFN yesterday....AF returned at 17 months PP and for the last 3 months (months 17-19 PP) it has been very regular, to the day and time of day. It has also been long and heavy. This is month 20 PP and nothing...I do feel tired, sore nipples, moody, etc, but I am still BFing a very active 20 month old who does not sleep through the night yet. My nipples are not sore like they were when I had my BFP with DS. No other real pregnancy symptoms. I did have groin/upper leg pain for a few weeks earlier this month that is unexplainable. Any insight? Thanks!
