I saw this article this morning and was really shocked at the amount of kids! They used to be stored under the sink but I moved them to an upper cabinet once she became mobile, even though that lower cabinet is locked. But once he bit into a dishwasher pack. I caught him just as his teeth ripped it and he didn't get any of the powder in his mouth (THANK GOD). So yeah. Those are stored up high, now, too. I don't use the laundry tabs.
