@MrstypeA: It was easy to use and they weren't ever bothered by the straps. The snap n go was really long and unwieldy, but you can't beat that convenience! Especially compared to other huge double strollers. My kids are out of their infant car seats, otherwise we'd still be using the snap n go.

@BabyMats: Soooo sweet! Hope you and the babies are doing well!

@MrstypeA: this is what we have. The front is to show where the straps from the stroller hook onto the carseats. Very convenient for now. I guess it is just like how@twodoghouse: had hers.

I had the stroll-air duo (all in one stroller). It came with the adaptors that made it easy to attach my twins carseats to the strollers. They are 1 year old now, and I still carry the adaptors in my car incase I need to use it sometimes.

I've heard of this one but I didn't know how the straps would be with the babies in the seats. What did you think of it? easy to use? were the straps across the baby annoying for them or bc they are so small they didn't really notice them? thank you so much!

The twin snap n go that I had didn't actually have a mechanism that the seat literally snapped into. Instead, it had straps that you sat your seat into and then straps that secured that to the frame. Therefore, it was actually Compatible with all infant seats. Mine was the Baby Trend snap n go. I'm not sure if the Joovy version has a different mechanism for snapping in.

@mrs. mochi: I think it depends on how long you see yourself keeping the same carseat. They are good for 6 years and I willlikely have another child so I will simply use Combi for the new baby down teh road and upgrade DD when the time comes. She is 13.5 months and still weighs 19lbs so she'll be fine for quite a while to come.

@mrs. mochi: Too bad it isn't more slender, we need to be able to fit 3 across (one of those being a backless booster so G has to be able to get to the belt)... I do like their tinyfit option though! Glad to see more convertibles being able to fit newborns!

With our seating configuration though we'll be sticking with the Combi for the new bebe.. we're okay with upgrading to another higher limit seat when the time comes though! :)

I think the comparison between the Pria and Coccoro isn't completely fair. Of course the Pria is going to be a big bigger and here's why:

Weight Limit (Rear-facing): 40 lbs (Pria) vs 33 lbs (Coccoro)
Weight Limit (Forward-facing): 70 lbs (Pria) vs 40 lbs (Coccoro)
Height Limit: 52 in (Pria) vs 40 in (Coccoro)

The Pria you can use longer not to mention you can keep your child rear-facing longer than you can in a Coccoro. The Pria might help save $ in terms of avoiding another upgrade in carseat down the road.

Additionally, I've seen the Pria installed in the following cars which I don't consider large:
Mazda3
Honda Civic
Chevy Malibu
Mini Cooper
BMW 328

@shopaholic: I have an SUV (JEEP) and the pria would fit but literally it would take up more than one seat and it woul block the passengers seatbelt buckles. Just something to think about. Just because it fits, doesn't mean it'll look good:/ and judging by your size, I doubt k will be some huge toddler, ya know?

Something about the material or the lines of the Pria - just look smooth to me! I hope we get our bigger car before we need the convertible seat.

I had the Maxi Cosi Mico infant seat, which we purchased before we even had a car, since we were still in New York at the time. I did it for the same reason you did - compatibility w/ the UBV.

When it came time to get a convertible, I was mostly looking for something compatible with compact cars since we now have a Prius. I went with the Combi Cocorro based on my research and so far, so good.

@shopaholic: have you seen the pria in real life? Especially when it's all set up in a car? It's really big and the opposite of sleek. The look of it is sleek but it's huge IMO. My aut has it and had the micro (I almost bought both because she loves both) but def decided against the pria based in size. I decided against the micro because we were gifted a Britax.
