The other thing that I had to change when my outputs got lower was to actually get the smaller breast shields. I at one point had to go up a size, then the ones that came with the pump and eventually needed the small ones. It's funny, though -- I'll go months without replacing and then I'll need to replace all of them, like in rapid succession and more than once.
