It was my first choice as a first name but we couldn't think of a good middle to go with it, so it got moved to middle. </p> <p>DD - Since DS's name is Irish (part of my background) DH wanted her name to be somewhat Italian for his heritage. My mom had been reading some genealogy stuff and mentioned her grandmother's name, which was Italian.
