They switched me from one nurse practitioner to another, so my next option is see my primary care manager (1.5 weeks till that appointment) to get a referral out--OR if that doesn't work, switch to TriCare Standard and go the civilian doctor/civilian hospital route.<br /> My hubby's stationed at Quantico and the nearest hospital is Fort Belvoir. With traffic, that is well over an hour. Also--it means if I go after work the two of us would have to drive separately. Not good.</p> <p>AND How cool that your hospital is so close to you! I think if I had your experience, I would stick with it. But my experience blows so far (they waited several weeks to tell me that I'm a carrier for a genetic disease that hubby might carry. It's fatal by age 3-5, but by the time we get hubby's results it'll be way too late to do anything but carry to term and pray.)</p> <p>AND I've missed you on the boards.
