They come in a little squirt bottle and you add it to a glass or bottle of water.</p> <p>I'm seriously addicted to them! My favorite right now is the Strawberry/Watermelon. I also have a Peach (I think it's peach, peach mixed with something!) one in my desk drawer that is unopened and I'm excited to try that one next!</p> <p>What are your favorites? </p>
