Haha. If the circumstances were right, of course. I wouldn't in our yard, because our yard is so slope-y that DH practically tips the lawn mower every time he mows. Also, if there is any chance there would be rocks in the grass, then probably not. Because baby is pulled away from your body (unlike other carriers) it actually completely changes your center of gravity and I really don't think that would be safe for a rider mower.
