They are super, super natural and they also don’t contain any animal products/by-products or animal testing, and are vegan-friendly – you’ve really got to label check in the US because “organic” or “natural” doesn’t really guarantee things 100% of the time. </p> <p>I also LOVE LOVE LOVE honey as a facial mask. You can use regular good quality honey, but I prefer raw honey, which they have at both our local grocery and our local natural foods market.</p> <p>Tea tree oil for spot treatment blemishes. Ananda Lewis turned me on to olive oil. I loved the lighter feel of it when I would use it on damp hair to preserve my curls.</p> <p>Where are you all finding some of these raw ingredients? With LO2 it was med free. The epi certainly made everything more comfortable, except for pushing. The med free birth was extremely fast, just 45 minutes from start to finish, but it was utterly excruciating.
