I'm with you, and it's so frustrating! I've been off the pill for just about a year and have been anywhere from 32 days to 111 (which I know is probably not what you want to hear).

I have been taking vitex for two months, and FX that it seems to be working. It's very normal to have wonky cycles for awhile, which my GYN confirmed. Doesn't make it any less frustrating, though!

If you're into acupuncture, that's supposed to help too, but I've not tried it. Wishing you luck and baby dust!!

I second the Vitex. My naturopath suggested it too.

Honestly, for me, it took probably 6 months off BCP for my cycles to regulate...and then they got all crazy again because I have PCOS.

That being said, I saw a naturopath, and he put me on a routine of seeds, supplements and oils that got my cycles regulating. Vitex/chasteberry is supposed to help as well.

Don't really have anything to provide... I went off in December. My cycles have been 40, 62, 32, 34, 30 and 42. The first two were wacky but then the seemed to "normalize" - except for the last one. I don't know if there's anything to do. Your body has been run by fake hormones via BC and is now having to relearn how to do it itself. Just have to give it time usually.

It takes time after BCP to regulate. Luckily they seem to be evening out for you a bit... No real way to speed it up that I know of.

Not sure if this is on the right board - oh well!
I quit Birth Control about 5 months ago in preparation for TTC. However, my cycles have been all over the place! 45 days, 29 days, 35 days... Are there any natural ways to regulate your cycle? Any tips?
