@ChelseaRose: I'm so confused now. You say they don't have cups and @Mrs Green Grass: says they do? MGG - do you have a link to the ones with cups?

@allison: :/ I bought a Belly Bandit too. I do wear it here and there, but it's hard to remember to put it back on (my torso is so short) and I need a smaller size now. But I don't want to spend the $ for another one too!

@shopaholic: The real bravado tanks do not have removable cups and I definitely see the breast pad lines through them (even when wearing them under other shirts). I really like them and they are supportive enough to wear as a bra.

@allison: Oh yes! These are the ones I have (4 of them)! I do love them! But I've gone from Medium to Small already and was thinking you were talking about the expensive Bravado tanks - maybe they would have more suction effect? :) And I wear these almost everyday.

@shopaholic:  It's this one: http://www.basicsbybravado.com/products/felicity-nursing-cami

You can only buy them in stores. They're not super-duper suctioning or anything, and they stretch out after a day of wearing them (not that I wear my nursing tanks multiple days in a row or anything...). But for the price, I really like them!

ETA: by "stores", I mean Target.

@Foodnerd81: In my case, I bought the Basics tank in a Medium before delivery. I was about a 36C by the time I delivered. The Medium fit well for a couple of weeks, but then got to be too loose (especially in the tummy area). Now that my milk is regulating (6+weeks pp), I'm a 34D (normally 34B) and fitting the Small tanks a lot better. All that to say, I would wait on ordering too many bras/tanks.

@allison: Which one is the one that should hold in your belly in tight? The Basics ones I have are loose around the belly, and it'd be nice for some more suction! :) Is it the same one as the link @Foodnerd81: posted? The picture looks pretty loose.

@charlotte: I'm sure it has to do with everyone's individual body shape and nursing "boobage"! lol! And I've been doing everything my whole life to make cleavage out of flat boobs, hehe! The G&M don't fit me well at all... :( I just look like I'm flat and boxy and wearing pajamas.

I am obviously in the minority, but I have a real Bravado and MUCH prefer my Gilligan & OMalley (target brand) nursing tank. Like Hilsy, the v-neck style like Bravado is way too much cleavage for me. I like the G&M because it flattens everything [note: maybe some of you aren't going for flattening but I am...I feel like I look 10 pounds heavier otherwise].

I think this is the kind I like: http://www.target.com/p/gilligan-o-malley-women-s-hands-free-nursing-cami-assorted-colors/-/A-14359656#prodSlot=large_1_1

@allison: @Alivoo01: I bought three from their outlet and they were awful, one fit two sizes too big even though it was marked the same as the other two, loose threads, didn't wash well. Their customer service told me to go jump in a lake. Horrible waste of money.

I only have the Bravado Basics tanks. The ones that are really tight and are supposed to hold your belly in? I got a large during pregnancy, but now it's a little too big, so I got a medium. I really like it! It's v-neck. I've worn a couple of more fitted tops with nursing pads and I don't think you could see through. I'm sure the more expensive ones are better, but I think I'm just gonna stick with the cheaper version for now.

@Foodnerd81: That's what I'd do if I could do it again :) I bought cheap ones from Target and wore them in the hospital. Yup, mine also went up a cup and band size by about 21w. I got fitted pp and I was up another band and cup size or so? And let me just say I didn't start out small either.

I'm sold. This is the one you are all talking about right:
http://www.amazon.com/Bravado-Designs-Essential-Nursing-Tank/dp/B002RV7O9A/ref=reg_hu-rd_add_1_dp

With the bra sizing-- does it matter that much? Like can you order it before the baby is born and you know what size you'll be, or is it better to wait until your milk comes in, like nursing bra?

I hope I'm not threadjacking...

I don't have any of the tanks, but I have the real and Target version of the bras and although they seem similar, the real Bravado are much better. They are thicker and have pads. The Target version are so thin that they show if you are wearing nursing pads underneath.
