I was about a 36C by the time I delivered. The Medium fit well for a couple of weeks, but then got to be too loose (especially in the tummy area). Now that my milk is regulating (6+weeks pp), I'm a 34D (normally 34B) and fitting the Small tanks a lot better. All that to say, I would wait on ordering too many bras/tanks. </p> <p>@allison: Which one is the one that should hold in your belly in tight? The Basics ones I have are loose around the belly, and it'd be nice for some more suction! :) Is it the same one as the link @Foodnerd81: posted? They are thicker and have pads.
