I was supposed to wear a similar dress but of all the things that got bigger I have wide hips and didn't have a huge bump so the maternity version in the larger size ended up being too big. And I wasn't actually small to start with. I was in my third trimester and so if anyone thought any other parts of me looked big I guess they wrote it off to baby weight. </p> <p>Who knows, maybe you'll show later. My sister and all of the other bridesmaids were so beautiful, and I just felt awful. It is a great excuse :) I would be a dork and practice my poses in the dress in the mirror to find the most flattering pose! Anyway, I am not small and I'm also carrying HUGE this pregnancy.</p> <p>I'm not going to lie...it wasn't my favorite day to dress up in a formal dress that matches my skin tone (not flattering) when I'm gigantic and my face is bloated and there are going to be pictures for all eternity--but I just repeated to myself that it's not really about me, and I went, put on a happy face, and shoved my swollen feet into heels.</p> <p>And it was fine! I even had fun!
