<description>&#60;p&#62;Thanks! I did some more research and looks like there's very little to no mercury in supplements due to the process when they're made. Just to be safe anyway I bought a prenatal that's combined with DHA/EPA at a fairly low dose.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I asked my doc today if it would be okay to take an omega/DHA supplement since I'm not eating a lot of fish and she said it's fine. I went to the drugstore but then noticed that all the supplements seem to have mackerel listed as one of the fish sources. I got freaked out and didn't buy any! I thought mackerel was on the high mercury list? Or is that only king mackerel? And does it have the same mercury levels in a pill form? Anyone else taking these supplements?
