Genitals look the same until around 14+ weeks when they begin to differentiate, but there's obviously no genitals images her. Even with ramzi theory, there's no way to tell - only your ultrasound tech who did the scan can tell you what side the fetus is on. Sorry! Transvaginal due to fact of not enough fluid in my bladder. Don't know if that effects anything or not.
