This is of course only anecdotal but I took it when trying to conceive LO2 and got pregnant 4 months after starting it (miscarried) but then got pregnant the first cycle after with a sticky baby. DHEA is actually a hormone so I've read that you need to be careful with it. I'm taking a low dose of it and am not being monitored by an RE (trying for this last baby naturally) but I've actually been going in for bloodwork to test by DHEA and testosterone. Apparently, if your DHEA levels are too high, it can actually cause egg quality issues (people with PCOS have high testosterone and can have egg quality issues) so the key is to get it and keep in the right range.
