I never (even early on) felt like the demi panel would stay up. I felt gigantic- 54 week fundal measurement at 34 weeks. I only wore demi panel pants. I did get huge (made it to 36 weeks and was a beached whale between the swelling and I swear my stomach had its own zip code) and towards the end I only had one pair of jeans that fit. I wore those and dresses/skirts and yoga/sleep pants that fit under my stomach. I was due in May, so didn't have to go through the summer or anything. I also wore a lot of maternity dresses with leggings. They seemed to have more room than shirts &amp; pants. I went on bedrest (at home) at 32 weeks, so stopped wearing "real" clothes then. At that point I just wore tshirts, pj pants, maternity yoga pants, etc. I didn't get huge, although I went to 38 weeks. My babies ended up small and their position just never made my bump huge. My sister (also a twin mom), is tiny, stick thin, and her bump stuck out really far.
