@ChasingARainbow: id look for those again, and try to time it to O as best you can. It seems like most people on here (based off threads I've seen) O a day or two after their positive OPK.

I understand. The last time I O'd I definitely knew it. I had ewcm, ovary pain, sore breast. It's just when I temped it didn't tell me anything except I have problems. The doctor believes I have pcos on some level even though my test came back normal.

@ChasingARainbow: if you do, you do, you know? It's an aid, but won't make or break anything. I don't mean that unkindly- I'm right there with you on trying anything and everything I can. If you aren't willing to or can't temp, give it your best guess. Do you ever feel O pangs?

@Crystal: Unfortunately I don't. I have irregular cycles and don't O on my own. I took Provera to start my cycle and Femara to O. I have no idea when I'll O. I hate temping, because my Temps are all over the place. I'm afraid I'll eat it too soon or to late.

I would...

Do you know when you typically O after a positive OPK? I usually get a positive OPK, and O the next day.

I wanted to try the pineapple core this cycle after ovulation, but how do I know exactly when to eat it? I know it's supposed to be 1-5 dpo. My problem with this is that I only use opks. I don't temp and I'm not being monitored this cycle. So, in your opinion should I start eating it once I get a negative opk after a positive opk?
