Since our front door opens right into the formal living room and dining room (open concept). I went out and bought matching place-mats (on sale now) for our table runner. Usually, I just keep a table runner and some candles or decorative bowl out. Our table seats 8. It seems like it's too small for place-mats and runner? </p> <p>I'd love suggestions and/or pictures from your dining table set-up! I'll probably be up all night looking on Pinterest! What would you do? Return the place-mats? Buy smaller mix/match place-mats? Ideas welcomed!</p> <p>P.S.
