I got it fom pulling up my sports bra to nurse, rookie mistake.... It took some tlc to get it resolved, massage massage massage! And massage from duct towards nipple, then pump or nurse, then apply cold cabbage leaves... Follow with 20 min of heat and more massage. It's big enough to wrap around the side of my boob, and I heat it up in the microwave and tuck it in my bra. I've had plenty of plugs before, although none in months and never in my armpit. Usually I can get it to release within a couple of days by applying lots of pressure, but it doesn't seem to be working this time. My output is a little low of that side and I feel discomfort even have my arm down if it pushes on the side of my boob.</p> <p>It's really uncomfortable to push on...worse than other spots have been, but I have been every time. I've also used the hot tub the last couple of nights, but haven't applied pressure during. </p> <p>Any advice? </p>
