But congrats!!!! Both Tylenol and Sudafed are ok in pregnancy. But you want to stay away from those multi symptom meds with lots of different active ingredients. Congrats!! I'd call your doctor's office and tell them that you are potentially pregnant and ill. See what they advise. Long, steamy showers help with the congestion. Also, warm tea and chicken broth will help with some of the symptoms. Benedryl is safe when pregnant, but may make you quite drowsy. The only test I had is a dollar store test, and my hubby has the car, so I can't go get another test to verify...what do I do?! </p>
