I have the Dream Genie. I've only had it two days but I think it's helping.

I have the Dreamweaver Snoozer and I love it. It's shaped in a J, and I sleep with that part between my knees instead of using it for my head. Sometimes I sleep with another pillow behind my back too.

I've had a LOT of back pain and prenatal yoga has helped me a lot. I try to do a few stretches on the days that I don't go to the classes.

I hadn't seen the full body boppy, thanks! I feel like it's such a big decision because it's so important! I know that sounds silly, but I know I need it so bad. I appreciate all of your advice and if anyone has tried a different pillow, let me know.

I was having sciatica pain and once I got the full body boppy it literally vanished. I feel like it has just the right amount of bulk between your knees. When I've tried regular pillows in the past I thought they forced your knees apart too much.

I had back problems before I got pregnant and it got really bad around 20 weeks. The only thing that made it bearable was using the the motherhood maternity support belt throughout the entire day http://www.motherhood.com/Product.asp?Product_Id=922000113&MasterCategory_Id=MC32 and the
total body pillow at night http://www.boppy.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/31
On days when i needed extra relief, i used a rice filled heating pad on my back

I have found great relief for my back pain by going to the chiropractor! I have a great doc and he has helped tremendously. I go once a week now but went more frequently when the pain was worse.

I have a pregnancy pillow and the boppy wedge pillow that I could never sleep without! haha I barely sleep now but it gets me comfortable enough to rest!

I love my snoogle because it helped my back early on and especially heartburn and reflux. I did get a massage last week and that helped a lot. Also, I had DH start rubbing my back by rolling a tennis ball and that has helped a TON.

Uh I'm 24.5 weeks and still have yet to find a total cure. I bought a snoogle. If I sleep without it my back hurts and if I sleep with it my hips hurt. The only thing that has really given me any relief was buying a feather bed mattress topper.

I'm 17 weeks and my back is killing me. I don't think it was in great shape before I got pregnant (soccer player), but it's extremely uncomfortable now. I think most of it is from sleeping. We have a great mattress and pillow and I've been sleeping with another pillow between my legs.

I think the pillow is somehow causing a pinched nerve in my hip. It's only there in the morning and works itself out as the day goes on.

But my back hurts all day including while I'm sleeping. It's my mid-back.

I'm looking into pregnancy pillows, but I definitely think back support is the most important factor for me. If you have any advice on pillows or the back pain, please let me know!!
