I would say I found the fabric for 18 dollars/yard online (it runs upwards of 26/yd sometimes) and the lining was probably 5/yard at JoAnns. I got around 12 yards for almost floor length panels, but I did a doubled hem ( so I allowed 12 inches for the top and bottom hems).
