In order to do this i take a humira shot every two weeks and 5mg of methotrexate weekly. Yesterday i had one of my quarterly appointments and I am green lighted to stop taking the methotrexate. I need to be off that for 3+ months before we TTC, so the plan is to stop BC and the Humira at the end of August. My next appointment is right around then.</p> <p>I'm nervous, excited and anxious. I fear having a major flare up while off my meds and once (xfingerscrossedx) i do get pregnant the topical meds i relied on for flares i wont be able to use. There are equal parts chance that i will improve, worsen or stay the same with a pregnancy, so its kind of a crap shoot as this affects each person differently. I just hope whatever is in store for me is controllable. </p> <p>Any other flakers like me out there? </p>
