I got a Medela personal double electric from my insurance (equivalent to a regular Pump In Style, not advanced) and used it a couple of times but I like the PISA more. My original is the Avent Double Electric Breast Pump and my second is a Medela PISA. I originally didn't like the Avent and finally went through my insurance to get a PISA, thinking it was going to be so much better. Now that I have both, I realize how awesome my Avent one really is! It's sooooooo much more comfortable with pump with (the petal cushion inserts are AMAZING). It is a million times more comfortable than the PIS. I get a *tiny* bit more from the Symphony, but nothing crazy. Its so nice not to have to lug a pump back and forth. I just bring a PackIt cooler with my bottles, tubing, flanges, and connectors. </p> <p>The one caveat - you have to buy the special tubing with caps for the Symphony, and the kit is about $69.
