We did a very slow introduction just before 5 months and she'd only have a couple tablespoons not even every day. That being said, we started our LO at around 5.5 months on some purees and some soft table foods (avocado, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, etc). He's never been a huge eater and still BF at 15 months so he's getting some calories there too. She typically eats 2.5 - 3 tablespoons per feeding but definitely has some feedings of up to 5 tablespoons (an entire 2.5 ounce tub). She even had one feeding this weekend where she ate 9 tablespoons! And this is all in addition to drinking 35–37 ounces of formula per day!</p> <p>How much purée does your LO eat at a time? Particularly, how much did they eat in the early days of feeding solids? </p>
