I've never been to Seattle so I don't know too much about the geography! We'll be arriving around 6PM so the first night maybe we will drive up into the city for dinner and then over to Redmond. But after that we'll probably want to stick closer to our hotel (we're there for three nights). We will have a rental car, though.</p> <p>I would love somewhere with a view! I also think Italian, American, French, etc. would be most universally pleasing. The town of Bellevue is closer to Redmond then downtown Seattle. And there are quite a few restaurants that have locations in both Seattle and Bellevue. For Bellevue I would try Purple, Din Tai Fung or Black Bottle.
