Haha. If the circumstances were right, of course. I wouldn't in our yard, because our yard is so slope-y that DH practically tips the lawn mower every time he mows. Also, if there is any chance there would be rocks in the grass, then probably not. Because baby is pulled away from your body (unlike other carriers) it actually completely changes your center of gravity and I really don't think that would be safe for a rider mower. In laws are farmers so a riding mower would be about the smallest piece of equipment she'd be around - bring on the 'real' stuff! </p> <p>I mowed my parents lawn when I was 8 and up, on a rider. Those safety labels are there for a reason so obviously you need to use common sense. But they're also there to cover the company's a$$ in case of an accident. </p> <p>I'd just say be careful not to drop the kid or go over steep hills where the mower could tip.
