I think we're going to try the zippidee and the merlin to see what works better for us. I just wish every piece of baby equipment wasn't so pricey, I feel like I'm hemorrhaging money. Also we are so terrified of ruining her wonderful night time sleep... no good day time sleep to ruin so we will probably start there. The ped actually suggested waiting until then. Probably bought us an extra month. We tried weaning earlier (at the first sign of rolling in general) and he wasn't having any of it. Once he started rolling over we switched to the Merlin and it was pretty seamless. And for an arm flailer/ difficult sleeper the zipadee did not work at all for us. (he was waking too early without the swaddle). the Merlin was magical for us, and I wish I could still use it!!<br /> but to answer your question, I had success using the convertible woombie. We took one arm out, then the other, and he did fine (well besides the early wakeups). However, she does it all night long in her sleep. A little advice needed - do I let her stay on her stomach or try to flip her over? I try to flip when I see her, but she always goes right back to her stomach and I can't just stand over her crib all night long!
