Exploratorium and Cal Academy of Sciences are really popular for families. I personally love the Chrissy Field/Marina area to walk around, grab a bite to eat and hang out near the GG Bridge and people watch. Oh and the Ferry Building is really nice too (great food and coffee and view of the Bay).</p> <p>PS let me know if anyone would be down for catching a Giants games with our littles! Children's Creativity Museum (I think that's what it's called) that's somewhat close to Union Square. We're staying in union square and won't have a car with us.</p> <p>For those in the bay area - are there any good parent blogs you'd recommend that list current weekly events for kids? Or, have any recommendations yourself on places to visit? We're already planning to catch a Giants game, but would love to explore the city as well. </p>
