I did make an entry for my previous pregnancy that was a miscarriage too, because I want to keep a record of symptoms and what happened. I bought a weekly planner and used it as a one sentence journal and I took weekly photos. Later I used my notes and photos to do a shutterfly book. Added words using "a beautiful mess" app to each picture. Then put all the pictures in a photo book. It kept me hopeful that I would be a mom one day. </p> <p>Getting back to your question, I got a pregnancy journal from a flash sale and right now it's still boxed up in my garage. I've been meaning to go get it. Before this date, I was struggling with hyperemesis so I was not in the mood to do anything. I'm feeling better now that I'm on different meds. </p> <p>I, too, am worried about starting to journal and something bad happens. Between defending my dissertation, finishing my doctorate and the busyness of every day life I have not done as much lately. Still, I would love to have a pregnancy journal to lead into a baby book. </p> <p>My question is, when do you think I should buy this? I'm only 8 weeks and have been scared to buy it so far because what if I order one start filling it out and then I miscarry. Some irrational part of me feels like it's almost inviting something bad to happen. Then a more rational part of me thinks that even if something did happen I would still want a record of my first pregnancy??</p> <p>When do you think is a good time to buy one? And also, do you know of a good one? </p>
