I have a yummy recipe for a seafood bruschetta! It's probably meant as an appetizer but I can just eat it as a meal (I use fresh dungeness crab and leave out the mint).

http://www.bhg.com/recipe/appetizers-snacks/seafood-bruschetta/

I also really like making a seafood salad that I copied from a restaurant w/ butter lettuce, shrimp (or you could leave out and do scallops or salmon instead), crab, cashews, tomato, cucumber, and a basil and white balsamic vinaigrette.

*Edited to add recipe link

DH grills most of our seafood.

but this is my favorite crab cakes. I buy the jumbo lump crab at the grocery store. I don't make the sauce. They are fine just plain.

@travellingbee: is he on medication for the cholesterol? My husband has it too and after taking his meds daily, he eats pretty much anything.

I know, you didn't ask for that advice. :) I made this clam recipe that was delicious:

@Freckles: We've done cod but it was just OK. I haven't pan-fried it though. Maybe we'll have to try that. I lOVE shrimp but my DH has high cholesterol and I think shrimp might not be the best for that. He is so difficult! :)

Have you tried white fish, like halibut, pickerel or cod? Sometimes i'll pan fry it with some olive oil, salt and garlic and she seems to like it.

She's also a big fan of sauteed shrimp with pasta shells and peas.

Anyone have any yummy, healthy seafood recipes? My DH doesn't like tuna or salmon, which are my favorites :/ But I am always trying to find fish or other seafood that he will eat, as I know it is good for us. I try to make it once a week. So far our favorite is a yummy fish taco recipe, but I'd love to find another favorite!
