You can always get her tested. DD is fine with fish, but her allergist said to hold off on shellfish until we get her tested. But in the last month she has had it twice. Coincidentally we have also recently introduced shellfish (shrimp &amp; mussels). Which leads me to wonder if shellfish is the cause?</p> <p>She's had fish plenty of times with no issues.</p> <p>Did anyone else's LO get a diaper rash from a shellfish allergy? No rash anywhere else. </p>
