I will likely drop it in 2018. I had not been able to build up a PTO bank post baby to the point I felt like I had enough time saved should I need to be off work. Right now, it costs be 150 a month for the maximum payout. (Edit: just double checked and it's $56/month).<br /> I just had our 2nd and we are most likely done having babies (I'd like another, DH doesn't, not making any 'final' decision for another 2 years).</p> <p>I'm leaning towards cancelling the plan but then I'm also terrified of an oops pregnancy (I'm on the mini-pill and bf'ing). </p> <p>Wondering what others did after maternity leave? </p>
