I might try one A&A (since DS can get hot easily) and one Halo.

I love our A+A but the zipper tends to be on the sensitive side and sometimes comes apart if I don't zip it properly. Also, b/c it's muslin it tends to rip easier too. At least with the single layer one. I have the 4 and 3 layer ones for winter and they work great. The one thing I love about them is that they run large so I am able to use them past the recommended age. For daycare I would just go with Halo since they are cheaper. If there's a BRUs near you they sometimes have buy one get one for 50% off. Pretty good deal.

Another vote for Halo here. We used the swaddle sacks when she was tiny, fleece in the winter and cotton in the summer.

I actually love the A&A sleepsacks, especially for warmer months. Those Halo sacks are great for winter but far too toasty once it gets above 55-60 degrees outside. My little guy runs hot though.

I have a variety and only this week stopped swaddling so we've tested a bunch. I choose based on the temperature, but I do think the Halo cotton is nice weight and soft. And like BabyDeeDee because it seems more cozy and plush.

A has one zippered sleeper that does this ... It's like the zipper is too sturdy or something. I haven't figured a fix for it but it does concern me so I try to only put it on him during the day when I'm watching. I know that doesn't help you ...

@tororojo: soaked from it being close to her mouth and she drools and kinda sucks on it when she's also sucking on her fist because it is in the way. Yeah I think I need som big safety pins to pin the bottoms of the sleep sacks.

Was she soaked from spit up or sweat? We haven't had that problem w/zippered sleepers. Maybe a smaller size sleeper would help? Or could you rig it and fold the bottom of the sleep sack to make it more shallow?

I really DETEST zippered things for K, at least so far. Maybe because she's still small? Zippered sleepers, zippered swaddles, and now the sleep sacks... they ALL bunch up around her chin!
Because she is waking up at least 1x every night just to get her arms free, we've been trying to swaddle wean the past few nights and use sleep sacks. The other night when I picked her up, the sleep sack was completely soaked all around the neck/chin area. We've tried several different sleep sacks and they all do the same thing! I tug at the bottom when she's laid down, to try and keep the neck opening away from her chin, but it always eventually bunches up. Same thing with zippered sleepers.

Anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution besides waiting for her to grow longer and have more neck strength?
