Always with pajamas. She can walk and crawl in the sleep sack. Tried a nap once without the sleep sack and I think it didn't go well from what I remember. I think around 15 or 16 months. She's able to roll around and walk (run crazy through the house!) in it, so I'm in no hurry to do away with it. </p>
