BUT, I didn't really like it for an everyday carrier. I've managed to nurse her in the Ergo, and it was super easy &amp; comfortable. Ring slings have the smallest learning curve, and are available at all price points. I've used a Seven Sling, and I like it, too. I'd like it more if it was a little bit bigger.</p> <p>FWIW, I've tried the Ergo in hip carry mode a couple times, and I hated it! The front strap was all up on my neck and it was very uncomfortable. If I were you, I wouldn't buy an Ergo just for the hip carry option. I carry my 14-month-old in a Tula toddler carrier.
